GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

  • Prices may be higher on small orders of less than four tables.
  • A delivery and set up charge automatically applies to all orders that include a craps or roulette table.
  • Gratuities, meals where practicable, and non-alcoholic beverages for dealers are customary.
  • We are happy to work directly with your corporate event planning manager or department.
  • All playing cards, value chips, roulette chips and ball, dealer shoes, dice, croupier rake, pucks, and dealer buttons are provided. Missing chips or equipment are charged at replacement cost.
  • We ask that cocktail tables and tray stands be provided for empty glasses and plates, and that food not be placed on the gaming tables.
  • Events run 3 hours, with 2.5 hours of playing time and 30 minutes for cash out. A raffle drum and tickets can be ordered from us at additional cost.
  • A 6 foot skirted, linen-topped banquet table can be requested if a cashier table is desired.
  • Sit-down blackjack tables typically need 8 chairs each, Hold’Em tables need 10 chairs each.
  • Events in tight quarters may require stand-up blackjack tables to save space and chairs.
  • Our package pricing allows clients to use their own staff as dealers to lower costs.

CASINO NIGHTS MAKE EXCELLENT FUNDRAISERS

Casino-themed fundraisers, sometimes called Vegas Nights or Monte Carlo Nights, are one of the most reliable ways for nonprofits to raise money while giving donors a genuinely fun night out. Rent A Casino offers a free consultation to help you plan a profitable event, plus a full fundraiser guideline manual covering everything from permits to prize structure. For groups that want to keep costs down, our package pricing also allows you to use your own trained volunteers as dealers. Read our complete guide to casino fundraisers, or request your free consultation below. Many fundraiser hosts also add The Karaoke Guys or a DJ, MC, or auctioneer to keep the energy up between hands and drive the paddle-raise or live auction portion of the night.

Have You Got More Questions?

QUICK ANSWERS

What does a casino party rental include?

A Rent A Casino package includes regulation-size gaming tables (blackjack, craps, roulette, or poker), professional dealers, chips, cards, and all game accessories, plus delivery, setup, and breakdown. Packages serve groups of 6 to 200 guests.

How much space do I need for a casino party?

Space depends on your table count and guest list. A single poker table for 6 to 10 players needs about 100 square feet, while our largest package, the Wynn, needs 1,700 square feet for 200 guests.

What areas does Rent A Casino serve?

We serve all of New England, roughly a 90-mile radius of Boston, including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and select areas of Connecticut.

Is real money used at a casino party?

No. Guests play with house money or chips that have no cash value, so there is no gambling risk for your guests or your organization.

Yes, for qualified nonprofit organizations that hold a permit from their municipality, under regulations from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office. See the Commonwealth’s official nonprofit gaming FAQ for full requirements, or ask us, we help clients through this every year.

Can I add a DJ, karaoke, or a photo booth to my casino party?

Yes. Many clients pair their casino tables with a DJ, MC, or auctioneer, The Karaoke Guys, or a photo booth to round out the night. Ask your planning professional to add any of these when you request your quote.

Do I need to hire dealers, or can I use my own volunteers?

Either works. Most clients use our trained, professional dealers, but our package pricing also allows you to use your own staff or volunteers as dealers to lower costs, a common choice for nonprofit fundraisers.

What is included in an Executive Poker Dinner?

An Executive Poker Dinner pairs a dealer-run Texas Hold’Em table with a smaller, private group setting, ideal for client entertainment or an executive team night.

Is a casino party only for fundraisers, or can I book one for a private party?

Casino parties work for any group. Beyond nonprofit fundraisers, we regularly staff birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, graduations, reunions, holiday parties, and corporate client appreciation events.
